You also understand that when you place a custom order, it could take anywhere from 3-14 days to receive, as we strive to get orders done as quickly as possible, this is a small business and may have a lot of orders ahead of you, but we will deliver as quickly as possible from time of accepting your proof.

I agree that after I approve my Proof, there is NO refund on my order as work may have already began and cannot refund it.

I agree to carefully review and approve the design proof provided by Zycotic at a later time. My approval signifies that I accept the design as presented. Any errors or changes identified after approval may incur additional charges.

I understand that with purchase, I will receive a proof of my design before product is started. If there are changes to the initial proof, we'll provide an additional proof free of charge. Any changes after the second round will incur a cost of $10 per round of changes. If there are additional changes after production has started, we reserve the right to add 30% to your final total in order to restart the process.
