Shipping policy
Free shipping on all orders made $75 or more. However, if you decide that an item needs to be returned, and you're found at fault for damaging the item, or an Act of God, the shipping charges to send back will be charged to you, depending on the suppliers. If your item is found to be damaged or broke on arrival, we'll get it sent back, no questions asked.
Since we ship for free, we're covering the shipping charges with suppliers. Therefore, the shipping to you was already free. If returning the item is outside our realm of being our fault, the charges could be your responsibility.
If the shipping IS your responsibility, we also do not cover for faster shipping if you're not wanting to wait for a new item and/or refund. This too, would be your responsibility.
If the shipping is OUR responsibility, we'll cover basic shipping costs to get the item back to the supplier. If you're still wanting to ship it quicker, you could incur the cost difference.
You may be asking "But if it's not my fault, why do I have to pay for any shipping?!" So we're only contracted to meet the minimum requirements to suppliers. We already paid for the shipping of an item to get to you, we can't incur more and more costs on shipping with returns, or we just can't simply be in business. It's that simple.
